ROLE

Designers interpret how the potential market will react to an advertising proposal, and compose visual material to advertise products and services.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED

An observant and inquisitive approach to people and their environment

A thorough understanding and a basic level of skill in HTML, flash
An in-depth knowledge of web and user-interface best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

Study products and services to decide the main selling feature
Create ideas for advertising and promotion, together with Copywriters
Consult with clients to obtain a clear understanding of their visual communication requirements and develop design roughs (visual or sketches)
Design digital assets, including banners, mailers, websites, social media platforms, applications, etc…
Put together client presentations with the Copywriter and Account Manager to sell a concept, idea or pitch
Supervise all production stages
Report to the creative director and/or creative group head
